Bodied BootCamp - My Experience

I am officially facing the fact it is time for me to get serious about my health. I want to point out that I love my body in it's current state, but as I get older I am beginning to see the importance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I have tried many workout classes, programs, gyms, and etc. that were great! Nevertheless, it always ended with me ultimately quitting. I get bored and unmotivated quick, so the mundane gym thing isn't for me.


In my search for programs/bootcamps I came across a trainer named, Olivia. Her Instagram is Trainlikeliv and underneath her name is the title "Best Trainer in Cincinnati." I have had a few trainers in my life that were wonderful, but something always seemed off. After viewing her Instagram, I knew I had to attend one of her bootcamp classes. I was not expecting anything spectacular to happen, but after attending her class it ignited a fire in me! See below on how this entire experience motivated me to kick start my new attitude towards health.



This class was more than just a workout. Olivia cares about her clients on a physical and mental level. For her, a healthy body is just as important as a healthy mind. Throughout the class there was a constant reminder of motivation, teamwork, and overall willpower to push through. As a plus size woman, entering the "fitness world" can be intimidating, but Olivia made me feel not only wanted but accepted.


I highly encourage those of you looking to transform your life both physically and mentally to check out Bodied Bootcamp!


Bootcamp class are Monday - Thursday 6pm and 7:15pm | Saturday 11AM
