This past weekend I spent some much needed vacation time in Arizona with friends. The trip didn't go quite as planned but I was able to dine at some of my favorite eateries. Prior to the vacation I was sticking to a pretty healthy regime. Post vacation I came back extremely bloated and had a decline in my energy level. I needed a kick-start to boost me back into my health-related focus. Simplicity did just that for me and more!
